Hi my right testicle has this constant discomfort feeling as in it's slighty feeling tighter and heavier than usual. My right nut has always been bigger and it only looks swollen, and has no unusual lumps. If I move it around gently it's fine, it’s just if I touch at it for too long it gets tender really easy. I only get a slight pain if I move around too much, and ever so often
get hit with zing feeling. My question is is it testicular torsion? I won’t be able to go to a doctor until Monday. Any information would be helpful. Ps. I don’t have fevers or feel sick or anything and I tried masturbation, it didn’t hurt to ejaculate only when my hand hit the testicle. Thank you I'm really worried.
