Prague hotel booking site reliable?

Can anyone tell me whether visitprague.cz for booking a hotel in Prague is reliable or not?

I have stayed in the Hotel Duo in Teplika many times and it is very comfortable and very friendly.I must admit that I know the owner,but I am not trying to push it.Its some distance from the centre of Prague,but there is a underground train that takes you to just across the road opposite the hotel.A regular bus service is in operation,and you can buy a ticket for approx £6 ($9.36 at the tube station, which can be used on the trams, buses,and underground as much as you like.And is the best mode of transport when you are there,and you will find no cheaper mode of transport.
The owner has three Hotel in the Czech Republic,and the other two are in Czesky Krumlov near the Austrian border.
