Your number has been linked with another Facebook account?

Facebook just sent me a notification saying my number has been linked with another account. I have my number linked with my Facebook account but don’t know how someone got a hold of it unless they’re someone I know who I have given my number to.

Im wondering if de activating my phone number from my Facebook will solve the problem.

Or if I should just create a whole knew Facebook account.
