I assume there’s a program titled “What Would You Do?” I never heard of it either.

I’ve heard of it I think. Can’t really recall what it’s all about though. Is that the reality show where they mix actors with passers by in different situations? Like somebody with bratty kids sassing store clerks? Then they film different reactions of people. Kind of like the old Candid Camera show.

Yes it’s a tv show that creates a scenario that tests the publics personal integrity. Such as, if you see a nanny slap a baby
Would you continue on or confront her. They change the genders and races to see if people react differently.Personally I love it. Other scenarios include a mother who doesn’t accept a gay son, restaurants making blacks wait while they serve everyone else, even kids putting rufies in a mans drink to rob him. All kinds of integrity tests.

strangle your own child, or set off a bomb inside a classroom full of other children.

Ok I know the one. Haven’t seen it in awhile, thought it was cancelled. They usually take the good ones off and replace them with crap like Real Housewives of Bug Holler or Idiots Hitting Trees to Attract a Bigfoot.

I’ve seen this show. Most of the time it is very upsetting, and unnecessarily so for the unsuspecting people who happen to be on the show.

I understand that they are trying to warn us about certain bad situations, but Inalways feel like the unsuspecting “subjects” are being unnecessarily traumatized.

I am a very sensitive person, and I would be very upset if I was the person being “set up” on this show, even though I realize that they are ultimately trying to educate people.

I’ve got enough upsetting situations in my real life, and some people who they set up might have anxiety issues that are unknown to the producers of the show.

I understand, and appreciate the purpose of the show, but I also see it as somewhat unethical.

Just because they have to get a consent form (at the end of the show) to show the footage, doesn’t mean that some, or even most of the unwitting participants weren’t traumatized, especially the ones who wouldn’t sign a consent form.

@Kardamom I completely agree, it’s almost got violent, lots of tears, calls to police etc… If I saw someone hit a baby I would lose it, show or not. Great point.

If I saw some one hit a baby I’d go to prison for beating the crap out of him.

A good one reflects what many in their lifetime experience.
How about these :
1. Your at the Church Alter in a wedding ceremony with your wife to be when the best man whispers to the Groom..“the baby’s not yours.”
What would you do if you were that groom?

2. One of the Bridesmaids whispers to the Bride to be” your husband to be,got caught with another Bridesmaid in the other room earlier”.

3. You sent an email professing your undying love to the wrong person.

4. After attending a Wedding reception and finished eating the lovely meal, you realize that you are at the wrong reception.

5. Awards are given out at a School function and you hear your name called, going up to the stage you realize that you heard it wrong, it was someone else’s.

6. You are at your desk in school sleeping but suddenly everything is quiet. You look around and no one there? You look out the window and view the entire school outside for a fire drill.

Use your imagination..many more scenerios possible..funny ones especially.
