Do you know of a good search engine for podcasts?

What is the best way to search for podcasts? I want to search by topic, or by a search string such as a person’s name. I’m looking for something like Google for podcasts.

Are there podcasts that you have to pay for? I’d be more interested in the free ones.

iTunes has an extensive podcast store. I don’t know of any that aren’t free except for their archived material.

You should be able to search for what you want there.
