He just admitted he paid his lawyer $130,000 for Stormy.
That’s not what he said before, oh well another lie !

flutherother's avatar

No one on this planet. What Trump is careful not to admit is that the payoff came from campaign funds. That could be more serious as it would be a breach of campaign finance law.

Only his loyal followers, but for them he can do no wrong,it’s only the damn dem/libs and the media that paint him bad.

The only part of this story that I like is that Daniels may be in violation of a non-disclosure agreement, but Trump can’t press charges because he keeps claiming that he never had an affair with her. Otherwise, this story is not of any interest, even if the payment was technically a violation of campaign financing law. There are so many worse things that Trump does on a daily basis.

chyna's avatar

@lostinparadise. Stormy signed the agreement but Trump didn’t so there was no agreement.

@Tropical_Willie I believe that the latest version is that he repaid the money over several months but was unaware of what the payments were for. This, to me, is even more unbelievable. That tightwad is well aware of where his money comes from and where it goes and why.

I think the more scary aspect is that his loyal followers are now saying, because they have no real defense of his actions, that they know he lies, everyone knows he lies, but we don’t care because he is representing our interests and values.

Seriously? Lying, cheating, stealing, bullying, rascism, mysogyny, these are your values?

LostInParadise's avatar

These are the same people who were backed Clinton’s impeachment over a single lie. Things have sure changed.

No way I’m falling for his tall tales. So depressing.

And, why do you think a 130k payout to Stormy Daniels was a campaign violation?

Stormy Daniels is playing you for over 100k daily for interviews. The country ought to be ridiculing her. It was concensual.

Hillary told a hell of a lot of lies and had full protection of Obama’s F.B.I and D.O.J. Not just one lie.

I haven’t seen ANY evidence of racism or misogyny—why do you keep saying this ad nauseam? We KNOW how badly you want us to believe it. But no matter how often you say it, no matter how often you make sure others hear it, it does not make it true.

Hey @Yellowdog, how’s it going these days?

#1, You know why it is a campaign violation as well as I do. It was a unreported donation to Trump that helped him get elected. And yes, I know the latest lie is that he actually paid it back over several months but it was not that long ago I recall Cohen himself complaining he had not been paid back for it. How can you explain him not knowing he had been paid back for it? Was he lying too? How about we just wait a week for version 7b. of what happened here.

#2. Trump is playing you, and me, and the rest of America for fools. Most of us see it, hell probably all of us see it but only +65% admit to it and give a shit. The rest would let them fuck them in the ass with a golden scepter if he continued to promise to build them a wall.

# 3. How can it be consensual when it, according to Trump, didn’t happen, or is this just another one of his many, many lies? And, honestly, no one with the exception of perhaps Melania gives a shit if it did or didn’t happen. It is the payoff bribe that has people upset.

#4 She is not denying anything (whether it did or did not happen) she is saying the paperwork is not correct and she is entitled to speak her mind.

#5. Clinton may, or may not, have lied but she is not passing herself off as the POTUS whose lie count is, last I heard, averaging over six per day (WaPo said 4.9 a few months ago, Salon says over 9 and the Chicago Tribune says 6.6) during the time he has been in office. And his is supposedly the fucking President. A disgrace to the office to be sure. How can you believe a single word he says? How can you justify his lies? Why do you keep trying to justify Trumps lying and abhorrent conduct by whining that someone else did it first? Did you not progress beyond third grade recess? And here you are admitting Trump lied about this. The sad thing is that you think this is his only lie. (see above)

#6. If you have not seen evidence of racism or misogyny then you have been hiding or not watching anything other than FNN. Why do you keep denying it ad nauseam? He showed himself to be a misogynist with his own words on the bus. Grabbing by the Pussy is not misogynistic? Kissing them (and admitting it on tape) because he can because he is who he is is not misogynistic? Having, what, two dozen women come forth and face ridicule to speak out about how he mistreated them? This is not misogyny? My God, what does HE have to do to show you?

You do realize that is mathematically impossible, don’t you?

Tropical_Willie's avatar

@Yellowdog What are you talking about ?

Yellowdog's avatar

3001 lies not mathematically possible. Significantly over ten a day

And these are usually just statements disagreed with or not known about,

Tropical_Willie's avatar

Duh CNN counts of an average of 12 times a day! Most people only wash their hands TEN imes.

He’s a lying “Sack of shit” ! ! Just like when he was his father’s bag man collecting rent in the tenements and throwing paying tenants out because of their color.

stanleybmanly's avatar

The foul isn’t that Trump lies. It’s the fact that he lies about virtually EVERYTHING—any subject, any topic. He cannot speak or tweet a solid paragraph without a blatant lie, distortion, exaggeration, etc. More often than not the lies are the result of his second great obsession, the requirement that any and all topics under discussion be about himself and just how glorious and infallible he is. Sack of shit is too kind, because the sack is at least mercifully silent. This guy’s distinction is beyond rational fiction in that he stands unchallenged as this country’s most tasteless practical joke.

Lets take a look at your ‘news’ source. Seriously.

Today, CNN is spreading a conspiracy theory that Tulsi Gabbard and Donald Trump are “colluding with Russia” and that Gabbard, a Russian agent, will run as an independent presidential candidate in order to split the Democrat vote and assure a 2020 win for Trump.

This is your news source.

I’m not sure which is worse—that CNN deliberately fabricates such far-out-there tabloid ‘news’ to influence the voters in the primary, or that people like you really seem to believe them, or that this is a credible news source.

CNN has a political agenda—its not just tabloid conspiracy theory. But it hasn’t been a real news source for over a decade.

^And Fox (Faux) News has been. <eyeroll>

Interviewing actual sources, such as actual law enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security.

Showing clips where Democrat congressional leaders and presidential hopefuls define and defend their positions.

A significant difference from what I was hearing on NBC last night, where some expert said that Trump was running on racial fears and hatreds for 2020. (Trump was tweeting about the incompetency of certain Democrat leaders who neglect their own dystopian tent cities, infested with rats and feces in all liberal run cities and districts, whereas Trump has improved the stats for such populations).

Why not actually WATCH some of the FOX news programs one night. Compare to the above mentioned venues You will actually see the border, law enforcement, actual documents, etc. and compare them with the heavily edited quotes and parts of quotes and entire spun narratives of the Russia conspiracy theorists.

Ipso facto all words out of the orange haired God’s mouth must be true !
