Popping sound from my TV?

Every time I turn on the electrics to turn on the TV, I can hear a nasty popping sound and it won’t turn on. Has anyone had this problem? What do you think could be wrong with the TV?

My TV is a X930E.

Oh my TV is now working because all along the crackling sound was due to the TV.

Don’t leave the TV on with you out of the room, be ready to pull plug out of wall. It maybe speakers but it could be a circuit that could cause a fire.
