How often do you refresh by clicking Fluther logo (or whatever other other way) to update your Activity For You?

Do you never bump into an answer or a post in a thread you’re following, that you didn’t get an Activity For You for?

Every break after reading a quip usually 45 seconds. My feed is rarely delayed, But happens sometimes.

@RedDeerGuy1 That’s often.

Never. I almost never consult my Activity for You. It has 2512 listed at present and takes forever to load. If I want to see if there’s activity on threads I’m following, I click on the middle link in Next Activity at the bottom of the page.

@Zaku I’m looking for “Next Activity” at the bottom of the page.

You don’t see it? It’s not at the very bottom, but just below the “Answer this question” box.

@Zaku Maybe on a tablet , the mobile version. I’m using a desktop computer right now, and I see “Newer” and “Older” and the OPs that are given there, I never even clicked on them never mind following. So, I remember you trying to explain it to me, but to me all the Activity For You are the ones I’ve answered or asked, that’s all.

I have never used Fluther on a tablet, and almost never looked at it on a mobile device.

On my desktop computer, right above the NEWER and OLDER links (which I don’t understand and stopped using because they often seem to link to questions with no posts I haven’t already seen), there is one labelled ”*Next Activity:” in bold, which seems to be the question which has the most recent unread answer, of the posts I’m “following” (usually as a result of having answered them), which I think is the same as the list in “Activity for Me” (which for me is mostly questions I’ve answered, since I have not asked questions very often).

I just tested my theory, and for me, yes clicking “Next Activity” takes me through the same sequence as if I used “Activity for You” and follwed the links there from top to bottom. But for me, not only does this take half as many clicks, but there is no 30-secord-or-so delay each time I load my 2500+ “Activity For Me”.

This is what I’m looking at. Does yours not look like that?
