In what town in Maryland did Michael Phelps buy a house?

Where? What kind? How much did he spend on the house?

Part II
If he did not buy a house in Rogers Forge or Towson, Maryland, where should “they” have the parade to honor him?

Why do I ask? We used to live near where he grew-up.
