You can go to the very bottom of the page at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/ to find how to stalk/pester Mozilla on Facebook, Twitter, forums, email lists, IRC, to apply for a job, internship, volunteer, etc.

[Mod Says] The previous answer was removed because it provided the number for a known phone scammer. Anyone who called it in the meantime should be aware that any personal information they may have supplied is not secure.

I want a direct link to define the issue I have with Firefox the past several days. Or an actual phone number I can call. I’m not interested in volunteering for them. The above links don’t get me there.

I was able to contact Firefox support community who suggested restarting firefox in a “safe mode” (with all add-ons, accelerators etc disabled) which I did and did not experience the problem in the safe mode. Eureka! and Gadzooks!
