Depends on what it is. If it’s something trivial and gets in the way of a few cherished leisure activities in the little free time I have yeah, I get a little upset. I would not say angry though.

I usually get frustrated, then a bit down on myself.

I think everybody is disappointed if they don’t get their way. It’s normal. Most of us get over it, others can’t adjust.

No, not after growing up with my ex boxer father whom would fly off the handle with anything that upset him.
Many times he hit us kids on misinformation as he never bothered to find out the truth of a situation. We all lost respect for a father that should had been our protector not a predator.
Always wait at least 24 hours to calm down and look at the issues that are bothering you.
Is it grounded on fact or bruised ego?At times there are valid reason for not getting ones way, as the situation unfolds one finds out the truth or a better solution.
Understand first and get all facts before losing ones temper.

I haaaate dishonesty in business! I have no patience for a business that would cheerfully cheat me, then when I call them out on it, they admit what they did, and even re-train employees to make sure their misdeeds don’t happen again, but they refuse to adjust my bill to compensate for my loss. Medicine is a prime example, and we’re talking big money.

If you’re going to cheat me in business, I want to take hunk of your hide when I leave!

It’s human nature to get frustrated when we don’t get our way; naturally we want our way and do what we can to get it, so when that fails, we get a little miffed. But no, I would say that I don’t lash out like a child when things don’t go my way. Partly because things don’t go my way so often that if I did, I’d never be able to enjoy life.

If something doesn’t GO my way, I get disappointed and/or frustrated.
If someone intentionally makes things go against me, I get pissed off.

A little grumbly, yes. Angry, not since I was 11 or 12 years old.
