@stanleybmanly I mean full at or over capacity.

The brain isn’t like a memory card or a hard drive that fils up. There is a thing called neuroplasticity that is the ability of the brain to expand and to continually learn and adapt.

So, in short, you can’t fill up a brain.

How can you tell it’s boiling over?

I suspect you have too much time on your hands. If you lived closer, I would put you to work.

Memory extensive.

Pretty sure there is not a technical term or even that it is a real thing.

But Kelly Bundyitisisis seems close enough.

Our brains don’t fill up and we seem to have a limitless capacity to remember. Some people seem to remember everything that happens to them with no signs of “filling up”.

If possible prioritize what is important and what is important write it down and relieve your worries .In other words that which is important preserve in real time , hard copy notes or books or memoirs, then forget it as its recorder already.
Have days where you can go outside to nature of music to relax and forget everything for awhile, that helps to combat the compulsion to try and store too much info..if that is possible.‘The brain is a fantastic tool and every one of us are not using it to its capacity.
Just be smart and manage it better until you feel in control.
