Does anyone think this mole has become “cancerous “?

Yes it could be cancer; repeat see a doctor.

If the inside isn’t bumpy and different colors I wouldn’t worry too much but definitely do go to a dermatologist to be sure.

It’s hard to say from the picture, but if there are changes, it could mean that is has become cancerous, or it could just be a different kind of change, either from a scratch or a scrape to the mole, that you are just now noticing. Just make an appointment to see a dermatologist, and they can check it out. Then let us know what they figured out. : ) Better safe than sorry.

I think it is important at any age (don’t know yours) to go to a dermatologist and have your whole body looked at for any strange shaped moles. I go once a year because I have had two places that were removed and were basil cell carcinoma’s. If they don’t find anything, they won’t have you come back yearly, so don’t think it’s a scam.
