What age do you think a person should date?

I’ve always wondered what others thought about the age limit to start dating. I know some parents don’t care but then some do especially if the person is wayyyy to old for there kid.

But what do you think is best for a young person to start dating? An if you don’t think someone so young should date, do you think they should wait til the older and more mature?
