Can you damage your teeth from sucking them?

As long as you don’t suck ‘m up.

More likely force from sucking them will shift their positions and make them misaligned.

Yes. My orthodontist told me specifically to suck my two front teeth as a young teen, since I was a tad bucky…lol

And babies that stay on the bottle too long, also get jacked up teeth sometimes.
