I do not know what is and is not covered.
But what should not be covered:
– non-reconstructive plastic surgery
– quackery, like homeopathy, acupuncture, faith healing, etc.
– and, based purely on my own vindictiveness, health problems resulting from tobacco and alcohol abuse.

Psychologists should be covered. I don’t know what shouldn’t be covered.
