What is the difference between dry aging beef and just keeping in my fridge?

The fridge beef goes bad too fast. What’s the secret to aging beef without having it go bad?

Here’s how it is done !

Yes you can do it at home, but you must start with prime or choice beef and take the steps to process the meat.

The drier the beef is, the less likely it is to spoil. That stuff in your fridge is doomed!
