Drivers license suspension?

I’m 16 and recently had my permit suspended. since I’m a minor I have to wait a year until I can take my practical drivers test. Question is do I have to wait a year AFTER my permit has been reinstated to get my lisence? I’ll be 17 by the time its reinstated

Did you try Google or your state BMV or DMV website?
