If not why not? I wanted to search Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome.
I went to Mayo Clinic anyway.

Is it a glitch?

I could do it. I highlighted, pressed Control C to copy that term, opened a new tab and pressed Control V to enter it.

I’ve had a similar problem with multiple websites lately. I am on an iPad.

I thought it was a new deal where they would not allow me to copy and paste but instead only allowed me to copy the link and paste that. I had a question I wanted to answer by copy and pasting information from and I was going to give the link as well but it would not allow me to. It made trying to contribute to the conversation too awkward so I didn’t bother.

@snowberry One time I opened in a new window or tab, and don’t ask me why it works. It must be a coincidence or something.
