Are these work bench lamps usable in an apartment?

PowerSmith PWL2140TS Dual-Head 40W 4000 Lumen LED Work Light with Metal Telescoping Tripod for example.
They come in stronger and stronger lighting.
I have a 3010 lumen lamp to be delivered on this Thursday, and will see if it is bright enough to read at 3am. On a side note I got my eyes checked last December and I just need glasses to read numbers on the lv. Other than that my eyes are fine. Previous question. The Lumens in the Amazon link goes up to 10,000 Lumens for $285.99.

Well yes, they are usable. But a light that’s good at 10 pm should be good at 3 am; it doesn’t get darker.lights really don’t change with time.

Also, they aren’t very pleasant to have around, they are too bright to be comfortable when relaxing. They cast sha rp shadows, and you will have to have them behind you and to the side. And then the reflected light off whatever you are reading will be bothersome. That’s why lightbulbs designed for reading at home are “soft white”.
