Does cheese flavored with alcohol actually contain alcohol in it?

Hey all, so I’m a big cheese fan, and noticed some cheeses that look interesting, flavored with some different types of alcoholic drinks, but I’m wondering, if like meals cooked like wine, does the actual alcohol get cooked off, or is it possible that if one ate a large enough quantity of the cheese, they could actually become impaired?
