What is your favorite brand of pickles?

I’m having lunch right now, including a delicious Bubbie’s brand dill pickle. So far, these are my favorites.
What brands of pickles do you like, and have any of you ever made your own pickles?
What kinds of pickles do you like the best: dill, sweet, bread and butter? I like all sorts of other pickled vegetables besides just cucumbers, especially garlic, cauliflower, jalapeños, and asparagus. How about you?
Do you like pickle relish? I like it on veggie burgers, along with mustard, ketchup, and onions. I also like to add pickle relish to potato salad, and egg salad, and macaroni salad.
Do you like to eat pickles alone, right out of the jar, or as a side dish, or do you prefer to eat pickles in sanwiches and burgers?

We like Claussen the best, uncooked so they are very crunchy, yum!
We do make our own dill pickles every year with homegrown cukes and dill, and they are amazing.
I like almost all pickled veggies, husband not so much. Does Kimchi count as pickled or just fermented, because I love it.
Not so much relish except egg salad.
We like them on the side or alone. Husband cannot stand any pickles on burgers, etc..
It depends, local everyday pickles from Mount Olive (they’re 35 minutes from me). Refrigerator crisp pickles Claussen !
Claussen are great, but I prefer Vlasic Dils.
None, they’re all absolutely vile.
The only Pickles I like is on the cartoon page of the Sunday paper.
@PattyMelt, I love the Pickles comic too. My mom is always running to show me one, because the hubby in the strip is a lot like my dad : )
@KNOWITALL I love kimchi even more than dill pickles. Yum! Although those homemade pickles sound wonderful : )
@Kardamom Your location isn’t on my mental index card lol, I’d love to send you some. I am happy to share my husband’s gma’s recipe though! She gave me recipe’s for all her homemade pickles, butter, sweet, etc…
I love kimchi so much, my mom and husband think it’s weird. So much that I watched a two hour program on how to make it….(I’m a nerdle!)
Gherkins. Might be bic’s brand. Haven’t had in years. I also like pickled cauliflower .
@KNOWITALL. I watched a Korean drama on Netflix few years back that was all about this national kimchi making contest. It was fascinating.
You should definitely post (or PM) your grandma’s pickle recipes.
@RedDeerGuy1, I like gherkins too. My grandma always served them on a relish tray, at Thanksgiving, along side of black olives, celery, and green onions. What a nice memory : )
I hate pickles. I hate mustard. I wonder if they are related.
I make potatoe salad with pickles and mustard. I put some mustard in my baked beans. I put mustard and catsup on my hot dogs.
That is the full extent of my mustard and pickle usage.
