How can I get rid of annoying Pop-up ads and viruses?

Every video streaming website I go to is blocked by malware bytes but I have used these sites before with no problem. How do I find the problem? If I have a virus, then why does my hitman pro and malwarebytes not get rid of the adware?

What device, operating system, and browser are you using?
I have a Dell, Windows 10, Firefox browser. i added AdBlock Plus, NoScript, and set my preferences for no pop ups. All this is free and they work great. .
