I don’t know what an experience letter is. Are you in the United States? In the USA, you customarily write up a resume that lists your previous work positions and dates and responsibilities. You can find a format in resume books at the library. You submit that with a cover letter and three references to an HR department or headhunter.

Does this information help or are you asking for somewhere else?

Can you call the organization you worked for and have them send you one?

“but due to some issues had to quit ”
This will be a problem it depends on why you quit ?
Do you have proof of payment for that job?
Can you obtain a reference from another coworker whom worked with you?
I would think that the new employer would be very nervous that you may “quit” along the way if they hired you too?
Be truthful with the new employer and by doing that they gain some trust in your intentions. You could offer to sign an agreement /contract for a specified time period provided that they don’t give you valid reasons to quit like intolerable conditions, unspecified job duties, or if they withhold your pay, and any other concerns that you may have, to protect yourself.
