Fortunately I haven’t had any. But while I was in group therapy, someone recounted their service in the war and how his PTSD made him overeat and gain weight. He said “I fart, oh sorry, I FOUGHT in the Vietnam War.”

I died inside.

What’s worse is that no one nervously laughed or anything, it was just awkward silence for about 10 seconds.
