Has anyone with psoriasis found a natural remedy that works?

I have a small patch of psoriasis on my face that bugs me daily.
I have tried everything on it to no avail. I don’t want to take
any meds for it but I do wish it was gone. I have even changed my diet. Anyone found something that has helped them?

I may be wrong, but a colleague from long ago who had psoriasis told me the best thing was exposure to sunlight. The UV radiation cleared it up.

That actually makes sense @zenvelo.

To figure out how to fight it you have to know what is causing it. Is it just dry skin? Moisturize. Is it scabies? Insecticide.
