What breed of dog am I looking for?

A shetland sheepdog looks like a miniature Lassie dog, right? ( a Collie for those of you youngsters). What is the breed of dog called that looks like a miniature shetland sheep dog? It has very long, thick and straight hair , a long thin snout but looks like it would weigh about eight pounds?
