There is this boy in my math class at my school and he talks to me and tries to make me laugh a lot. Does this mean that he likes me, wants to be friends, or both?

His name is Angel and he is a Sophmore and I am a freshman.

Probably both. And he most likely doesn’t know how to express himself to you. Be nice to him, but don’t expect too much until you are both older.
