Why doesn't my question show up in the search results?

Even after waiting a few weeks my questions are not showing up in neither Google, nor DDG search results, for example this question: https://www.quora.com/unanswered/How-do-I-run-the-program-Icecast-for-Windows

and here is the DDG search results: https://duckduckgo.com/?ia=web&q=How+do+I+run+the+program+Icecast+for+Windows?&t=brave

as you can see nothing! this is making me furious..

The algorithms that are used to create search results in those search engines did not pick up your questions for some reason.

Maybe because the search engine is looking for answers, not questions.
