Can you suggest a song to help promote a product?

Asked by filmfann (52223points) April 25th, 2019

I love music from many generations. My iPod has lots of songs from the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and on. I also love some new music, though I don’t have a lot of stuff from the last 5 years.
That said, I am a bit protective of music from my school years.
So it pisses me off when I hear commercials using those songs.
Google uses the Beatles’ Help, Ozanpic uses the Pilot song Magic, and such.
I’m waiting for Jaguar to use Fast Car.

People Get Ready for Amtrak.

“Paint it Black” for Sherwin Williams. However, perhaps they should switch to a logo that doesn’t suggest a global environmental catastrophe. ;-)

Mellow Yellow for Chiquita bananas.

Nobody Walks in LA for Uber or Lyft.
