Keychain (Mac): Atomatic login for specific keychain items?

Let’s say, for instance, the application Daylite: each time you open it, it asks for login and password to its databse. At that stage, since it’s been saved to the system’s Keychain, you just have to press the OK button and it’ll use the credentials you have in the Daylite keychain.

My question is:

Is it possible to set the Keychain for Daylite to automatically enter and confirm the pass/login, without me having to click on OK each time I open Daylite? Can you do this on a per application basis?
