To be exact, on March 22, 2007, France became the first European country to open its “X-Files”, when its national space agency, CNES, unveiled a website documenting 1600 sightings for 50 years. Jacques Patenet, the aeronautical engineer who heads this office for the study of non-identified aerospatial phenomena, said “It’s a world first!”
If you don’t believe me, search on google. Even Wikileaks says it, not meaning much though. Even more strange, they made a website, and then, suddenly, it crashed. What do you think?
