How to fix "An add-on for this website has failed to run"?

I was going to do YouTube but I cant see videos. and then this message came: An add-on for this website has failed to run. So can you please help that error but I cant download things so anyway bye!

What sort of hardware and operating system and browser are you using?

e.g. Windows 98 computer using Firefox? Macintosh computer using Safari? Android phone using Chrome? Android Tablet using Tor browser?
