What is the instruction (exact words) given to the British Royal Navy

It is surprising to me that a normally literate person such as yourself, @flo, will post a question like this when the answers are readily available on other web sites.

Here (one of many) is what CNN posted yesterday.

So, what are the exact statements according to what is in the article/s? “In the radio exchange, what is believed to be an Iranian vessel can be heard telling a British Royal Navy frigate that it wants to inspect the Stena Impero for security reasons, and orders it to “alter its course.”, what else?
