Worldwide mental telepathy?

Funny, I was thinking the same thing. Something that allowed images and information to be “beamed” into your skull at will. Of course, I don’t know what would happen if it froze up… I guess the fabled “Blue screen of death” would become much more serious a matter then?

Telecommunications exists as a continuum-practically speaking the Internet will continue to evolve; if you want my opinion-the next big evolutions will center around virtual computing whereby bandwidth and speed is so fast that thin client computer appliances will actually be connected to supercomputers via wireless networks to bring vast power to portable appliances (formerly smart phones).

Ahhh, but consider those fleeting thoughts when a hot chick walks by and you accidentally e-mail your thoughts into the head of the old lady behind her. And the old lady winks at you and runs her tongue over her dentures and invites you to her room… God, that was a really rough weekend.

Crap, what were we talking about?
