Are there any plugins/programs for Windows Explorer, to make the star-rating feature actually useable?

Out of the box, you need to go into the file properties to set a star-rating for a file, which is several clicks per file.
I would like a plugin, where I can just set the rating in the explorer list/detail view with a single click.
