Wasn't Donald Trump in Bloom County years ago?

Since the 80’s. Bill the cat had Trumps brain put in him. Editied I can’t find the specific comic strips talking about it.

According to Wiki, you can find Bill running for Prez in “A Wish for Wings That Work”. Amazon carries it.
