Does this Mark Twain quote ring true for you? “Never put off till tomorrow what may be done day after tomorrow just as well.”?

Lately, it does for me and I am not proud.
Maybe I like working under pressure. Yes, that must be it

Ask me tomorrow.

These two are similar & mean a lot to me…

Softly, softly catchy monkey!
More haste, less speed.

Sod time, there’s plenty of it to go around!

@lucillelucillelucille I’m sorry, you’re going to have to expand on that! :D

I prefer “Never put off until tomorrow what will eventually solve itself anyway.”

@ucme -I’m just wondering how you knew my wedding vows??
@ragingloli -Not a bad approach at all.

It’s sort of like saying you should never have to go to work the day after your day off.

But now that you brought it up, I going to drag myself to the gym. Prior to your post I was telling myself that my knees hurt so bad it would be best to give them a rest.

Shame is a powerful motivator.

I’m still searching for that quote that says…“give up now because you will never get it all done.”
