A question regarding Avenger's Endgame?

Spoiler Alert:

At the end of the film, Captain America has to return the Infinity Stones.
How did returning the Soul Stone go, considering he would once again come face to face with the Red Skull?

That is a story yet to be told. I’m sure it was awkward.

While we’re on the subject, did he have to re-inject the red aether into Jane Foster? Also awkward.
