I mentioned it on FB and someone corrected me, saying: “Mathematically, a decade begins with the year one, not zero. You count 1…2…3, not 0…1…2. So you have another year to get the decade right.”
On the radio today, they talked about the new decade and so I googled it and found this:
Apparently, it’s debatable. What do you think?
