What are side effects observed with Sildalis?

I am taking Sildalis ( https://www.esildenafil.com/sildalis/ ) for my erection problem. After starting treatment with this medication I have started experiencing back pain. Is it a side effect of Sildalis?

Since it’s increasing th blood pressure to the penis, it is drawing blood pressure from other parts of the body, so low blood pressure & headaches are the 2 main problems. Go to the link to see any others. I didn’t see back ache on the list.

When you got your prescription filled, the pharmacy should have given you a printout that lists all the side effects along with other pertinent information
