Does chronic anger make you sick?

If so, what’s the mechanism?

For me, it does, as does stress. Mostly ulcers, my whole body has turned red before, too.

I’m not afflicted. It does make me sick that so many people eat, sleep, and breathe politics…..which is nothing but chronic anger. Pathetic sign of the times.

I don’t accept chronic anger. When it attempts to strike, I go into anger management mode, watch an old movie with a friend & IF necessary, take a chill pill!!!

It makes you sick and divorced. And in the end you get to look back on a life littered with broken relationships and interrupted dreams, but man, everyone knew you was a REAL man.
