Other than "stop smoking and stop drinking", what duo don't get separated?

I can’t think of another duo but what (2 let’s say) things have the same degree of importance, that if health consultants mention them in the same sentence?
For example “look both ways before crossing the street and…..”
“Eliminate sugar and….from your diet” What goes in the blank or what comes to mind not mentioned here?
