Is it okay for an adult to drink pedialyte?

One day at the store, there was no Vitamin Water, no Gatorade or Powerade, only sugary beverages.

But there were medium-sized bottles of Pedialyte, which looked pretty good, I bought a bottle for less than the cost of Red Bull, and once I started drinking the Pedialyte I slammed it down fast. It felt like it was exactly what my body was needing.

I had no more cravings for energy drinks or sugar for the rest of the evening.

I could really drink this stuff, even watered down, but I wonder if this stuff that is supposed to replace lost fluid and electrolytes can be overdone.

I drank two bottles this week and would like to drink it daily

What say? Is it safe to drink this much electrolyte replacement?
