How do I ship, inexpensively, my two dogs (Golden Retriever 60 lbs and Labrador puppy 30 lbs) along with 2 cats (Siamese mix) to TX from PR?

I want to ship my 4 pets ahead of me as I am traveling with my grandma (she’s 87 years old, Alzheimer, can’t walk).

Step 1)Mix foam packing peanuts and pet food together
Step 2)Place pet in box
Step 3)Cover pet in peanut/food mixture
Step 4)Seal box
Step 5)AIR HOLES!!
Step 6)Schedule UPS Pickup

Repeat as necessary.
