Yes, I have cut my girlfriend’s hair last August, and I apparently did an okay job.
Very rudimentary cut at shoulder length.
Cut off about 4 inches.
Felt very weird.
Like ampurating.
Can’t say I like it.
Saved a couple dozen euros though, I guess.

@rebbel -She obviously trusts you. :)
My husband had to shave his head after I worked my magic on him.

Often. I cut my mom’s hair two weeks ago. I cut mine and a friend’s hair about a month ago. Sister is rumbling that she needs a haircut. It’s something I learned as a kid hanging out at my friend’s sister’s salon. I even thought about it as a career at one point, but years of life led me on to graduate school. So I just cut hair for people I know (if I want to ). I can and do say NO.

@Sagacious -Nice!
My hub has cut his own hair for years. He used to go in to the barber for touch ups inbetween but can do a perfect flat top these days. I could set a drink on his head :)

I have cut friends’ hair in the past and I cut my daughter’s hair now. I learned by watching the hairdresser put layers in when I was younger.

@jca2 -I have cut my own in the past. I learned from watching Edward Scissorhand’s drunken brother.

If giving someone a bikini wax counts, then yeah, I have.
Wasn’t on purpose mind you, no, twas an unfortunate incident at a beach barbecue when me tongs slipped!

Yeah, I’ve cut a lot of people’s hair, actually. I probably should really learn how to do it right, it’s a handy skill to have.

I’ve trimmed a friend’s hair. I cut my own.
