2 chicken patty sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and mustard. That should get me by for about 4 hours.

Ham and cheese wrap.

Dinner is going to be great ! Twin 8 ounce rib-eye steaks, two baked potatoes and a tossed salad. Picking up steaks at a great steakhouse they have to-go.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@Tropical_Willie @Inspired_2write @kritiper -Anyone want to trade toast for what you’re having??

zenvelo's avatar

No lunch today, I had scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and coffee at 11:30 a.m.!

nightwolf5's avatar

Lunch is somewhere between breakfast and lunch.. hehe. Oh yeah, and I think I plan to eat nuggets and apple today for lunch.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@Tropical_Willie -Not even if presented in a more appealing way??
Toast

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@zenvelo -Timing is everything.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@nightwolf5 -Late start?
@ragingloli -Pbbt JT is hardly threatening.

ucme's avatar

Today being a sunday, we had what all civilised englanders have.
A roast lunch complete with yorkshire puddings.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@ucme -Is that the pudding with the goat entrails in it?

ucme's avatar

@lucillelucillelucille So long as the goat is from yorkshire, all’s good.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@ucme :D Sounds delightful!

Pecan waffles and bacon

A bagel with provolone cheese sandwich, a glass of milk and two double chocolate “veggies made great” muffins. Yum.

Probably nothing. Considering burger King delivery. Maybe Little Caesars.

I’m nocturnal, so it isn’t time for lunch yet.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

I am beginning to see that I’m not a chef.

nightwolf5's avatar

@lucillelucillelucille Yeah, Sunday’s usually are later start for me.

I think Burger King is only doing delivery right now due to Covid19, unless I’m wrong.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@nightwolf5 – That surprised me. Why, I don’t know.

Inspired_2write's avatar

@lucillelucillelucille
No , it was just what I needed nothing more.

Patty_Melt's avatar

Everyone delivers. They use Uber or something. I have apps for BK, Krispy Kreme, Little Caesars. It makes it easy peezy. For those of us who are isolated even without pandemics, it is vital information.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@Patty_Melt -Krispy Kreme? I never would’ve guessed it.
I wonder if my MS acquaintances know this.

Patty_Melt's avatar

I had to change my order because they were out of some stuff. They have random pick a dozen. If you want to change some of them out, you poke and they try something else. It will only add in what they have at the moment. Orders have to be by the dozen. You can choose to send them as a gift, including an
email message.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@Patty_Melt – A few of the people I know are home bound and rely on family & friends for help, which doesn’t always happen.

Patty_Melt's avatar

“Ring” There’s my order now. Gotta go! ;-)

JLeslie's avatar

It’s 11pm, so I’ll answer for tomorrow. I’ll probably have cereal. Either Raisin Bran or special K.

Tropical_Willie's avatar

Monday’s lunch will be tuna on Pumpernickel-Rye swirl, pickled red onions and corn chips.

Zaku's avatar

I had tunafish in potato-bread hamburger buns. Was good.

anniereborn's avatar

I had a vegan hamburger and grape tomatoes.

Cherry Danish

Patty_Melt's avatar

@nightwolf5, how was your kid’s meal?
What was the toy?

KNOWITALL's avatar

Tempura eggplant in spaghetti sauce for apps. Tri tip, twice-baked potatoes and fresh homegrown asparagus. Yummy for Mothers Day.

gondwanalon's avatar

Food to fill my stomach. Not at all particular. As long as it looks good and smells good I’ll eat it.

ARE_you_kidding_me's avatar

Made some red beans and rice with leftover chicken.

nightwolf5's avatar

@Patty_Melt haha that gave me a slight smile and chuckle. The nuggets were made in the oven at home from a frozen bag, and an apple from the fridge. So sadly no toy, however I did recently read Burger King is soon doing away from kid’s meal toys.

zenvelo's avatar

I just had a roasted turkey/cranberry/sprouts/mayo on a Sourdough roll from the nearby top of the line deli.

They roast a whole turkey every morning, so it’s just like a sandwich after Thanksgiving!

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@zenvelo -I’ll be right over!
