Pellagra shown to be dietary disease and emptied asylums around somewhere around 33%. If someone can link the exact amount cured that would be nice.

Insulin helps diabetes.

Scurvy is cured with vitamin C

That is all I have for now. Please add to the list or expand on other answers or mine. That would be wonderful.

Polio vaccine not only helps, it tastes good. :-)

Rickets easily avoided with a good intake of calcium and vitamin D.

When I was a child, leukemia was a death sentence. Now doctors are able to offer advice, treatment, and so much hope.

Some states allow medical marijuana, and not a moment too soon.
Ooooooo, ooooooo! Any statistics about covid in legal weed countries and states? We might get some leverage with the right numbers. ;-D

Flu vaccine.
Vaccines for childhood diseases like measles, mumps and chickenpox. When I was a kid, all children were expected to get these.
