Do investigative journalists ever investigate other journalists?

Every one has dirt. Do they ever probe their own? Other than night time comedy shows attacking Fox News?

Feel free to exclude Dan Rather. Or other similar stories. Unless the investigative reporting brought down a giant from a new search and not already caught being a fraud or guilty? I would like exclusive stories that brought down a journalist by itself.
