Actually, my life is so dull that Trump all by himself is the first and last thing that pisses me off daily. He’s like a rock in my shoe. There’s no ignoring him. I come here to whine, and listen to fools tell me the media has convinced me that the rock is painful.

I am a self-employed businessman. I go to people’s houses and clean up after their dogs. I do not work for any of the more than 60 lawn care companies in town, and I offer no service of cleaning up after the dogs just before the lawn mowing guy gets there, at any particular location. If I offered that service to just one customer, it would only be fair to offer it to all. It isn’t practical, for various reasons.

Last Sunday I contacted a customer who lives quite a ways from my office. She wanted to know if I could come earlier in the day or the day before her lawn mower showed up. (Supposedly, according to her, the mower guy had “complained” about the dog shit in the yard.)
I said I couldn’t do that since I was servicing that area only on Thursday afternoon.

So she cancelled her service with me!

(This issue with the lawn mower guy has come up before and is a MAJOR pet peeve with me.)

The video clips of the elderly and handicapped being abused by ‘protester’s’. That is just low life, regardless of who does it.

@ucme -If you were less picky, you keep the help longer.

The police reactions to the protests, and the violence emitting from the protests.
Police cars pushing protesters.
Police shoving an old man with a cane to the ground.
Police breaking a cars window to taze the driver.
Police firing tear gas at reporters.
Police arresting reporters.
Protesters beating a woman trying to protect her business.
Protesters looting.
President Cheeto standing in front of a church, holding a Bible, declaring he wants violence against protesters.

Makes me want to holler, throw up both my hands.

Builders working on the house. Sometimes they start at 7am, sometimes it’s noon. They might work for an hour, or half the day. It’s always deafening noise in the entire apartment (hammering and power tools), and there’s no way to escape because the pandemic has shut down all other options.

Also, mosquito bites. On my elbows. I think that should be illegal.
